Hey guys ~ I don't post here very often anymore, but I got permission to show all this so I figured I'd throw it here. This was a job I did recently for the indie game
Sunset.
This was a fun exercise in time management and pressure from deadlines tighter than I've dealt with in the past, and a way to get back into doing 3d art again.
The model quality is kinda uneven and nothing is really polished how I'd like, but these were produced on super tight turnarounds (avg 6 hours start to finish per object) so I'm pretty satisfied with the results I was able to get. For the most part these are based on references of real statues, of which in game they were supposed to be smaller copies and imitations.
No flats because they're pretty gross pelt maps + texture overlays due to my time constraints, that was one of the places I cut the most corners.
I'm happy to discuss or take critiques on any of these, but bear in mind I finished this job a couple of months ago.
