Hi guys
I had finished part of my project "Tank IS-3". This project I create using PBR (albedo+metalness+gloss+and normal)
at first time I started with a machine gun DShK (
https://sketchfab.com/models/a67d7b7ba4a8446f886f17790c07a020 ), but after I finished it I saw some "lowpoly" places, and I will correct it later
then I started to make a turret, and completed it one week ago

At this time I work with base of tank and in near future I can show result
Replies
the next stage is the finalization of the front and back to the tank, and then sending all it in zbrush
I use WeldingBrush.ZBP. Long time ago I found it on one site, and dont remember where...
try this link (my google drive)
I have started bake normal map and in the near future I show good result, but now you can see next pictures. pls write more comments;) it really help me with process
I finished baking normal map... all of the elements are unique in the pictures
I am using 3d coat + Photoshop
+ for not shiny scratches (but some parts still needs to be more rough)
I would add more noise to the normal map (at least to the turret), object you've sculpted look good but the imperfections are too subtle to be visible in the finished product/ so i would do that with substance painter or ndo
Lamp material is not good enough, it looks like photo projected just on albedo. I dont know what do you use for texturing but substance painter would give you a nice advantege of creating multiple materials fast
- fenders, water/fuel/oil tanks and metal for gun are made from different materials than steel used for hull and turret, for now all material look similar
You haven't worked on tracks yet? they look completely different on a real tanks
thats a nice ref, if you want some more texture refs or crits you can join polycount slack and ask me there
love those two last renders
P.S.: texture a little сompressed, as there were problems uploading the original quality ;(
