decided to create environment based on Edvin Rhemrev art:

main proportions is set and i hope not to change them anymore.
Still have to add a lot, but looks like it's time to add details and material definition/texture to key geometry.

Would appreciate some help from UE4 experienced user, i move this project between two PC's via Google Drive, on first it looks like on screenshots, but on another scene is dark.. tried to add SkyLight, but it blew lighting on first PC, it became extremely light, can't understand where these difference came from(not monitor calibration).
