[Rev-share] Character Modeler needed for indie Sci-fi RPG

Starboard Games LLC is an indie gaming studio comprised of highly professional and friendly people.
Our current major project, INT (www.int-game.net), is a Sci-Fi RPG with a strong emphasis on exploration, dungeon crawling, character customization and story-telling.

We are looking for a 3D Character Modeller to produce realistic character models for our project.
Essential requirements:
1. Able to produce 3D character models from 2D concept images.
2. Able to produce both high-poly and low-poly models.
3. Able to follow instructions from department and project leads, understand feedback and make adjustments as needed.

We offer profit-sharing from crowd-funding and sales revenue generated to compensate team members who spend 15-20 hours per week on company projects and meet Starboard Games deadlines. Compensation models may be discussed during subsequent interviews.
