There are a lot of really good elements in your model. The figure as a total piece is not really what I would think of as a sexy pinup. I googled it and the elements like hairstyle and clothing are correct but they dont go together to give a glamorous impression. This is only my opinion but you should ask yourself what you want to achieve. Do you want to do your own thing, or do you want to do your own thing and make something that pleases a broader audience?
You should develop your character here and get feedback from other artist while you work. If you modeled the figure then you have done a pretty good job you only need some feedback for the rest.
As for the image itself some stuff that might help:
The projected light image doesn't work here it makes her hair look transparent, the folds on the trousers look like an afterthought, they are big and regular making the material seem very thick and inflexible, the posed arm shows it looses shape at that position. The anatomy of the model is really very good, I like the legs and the figure as a whole is realistic in a pleasing way,, the pose and the props are not very sexy yet.
I agree with everything Kanga has posted. The hand close to her face looks odd, especially the palm muscles and the wrist bone in the 2nd close up image.

Good job with the texturing though.
