3ds max animation

Hi!
I have small question. Have u any advices how to make quicker renders in 3ds max for animation? Animation, not just one shoot. I need to make animation of building wizualization. It take ages.... Or i should export my project and do it in another program because 3ds max isn't created to do things like that...?
I googled before and saw some tips. What to turn off etc but any advice will be imba helpfull because my time is runing out
