strange UI issue with painter

I have a strange issue with the UI of substance painter 1.3.4. that might or might not have to do with the recent Windows 10 preview update (10122) that I installed today (haven't used painter in quite some time, so there might be another reason).
The problem is that the UI is shifted a row down from where the actual clicking is performed/ the actual UI button can be clicked. I have created a screenshot so you know what I'm talking about:
Painting in the viewport works as usual, meaning it happens where the cursor is located.
Has anyone experienced this problem? Uninstalling and reinstalling painter did not do the trick.
