Zbrush Grabdoc gives wrong result..

Looks like you're still in 2.5D placing bricks? Maybe drop that stuff to the canvas then grab?

I tried many times (pressing T) but its just not working. I have been engaged in battle with the Zbrush Layer palette all day though (god that palette is so unintuitive to use!).

oke I still have this problem and I do not know what is causing it. I made a quick example to demonstrate the issue I have with grabdoc. It basically isn't displaying any height information within the alpha:

there is height info there, its just that the indent isnt that deep.

its really subtle as its using white as mid instead of grey so black is reaaaaaaly deep groves
