ANSWERED: Can't register DDO

I am having trouble finding the designated menu for registering my DDO license. When I launch NDO I got the window to register or use the trial but when I go to DDO nothing like that pops up and it just launches. There does not seem to be any options in the menu for DDO to register my license key and on the website it shows that the license for my DDO is not in use.

Is it something I did wrong? I even tried re-registering using my DDO license key in NDO. Of course it gave me an error, so what do I do with this DDO key? I've already had a license for NDO previously so I thought I'd buy the suite for DDO and the other stuff. I've already tried contacting Quixel but all I got was an explanation about how I get a key for NDO and DDO when I purchase the suite. Well I know that so -_-

Not sure what I need to do.

Well I asked for a refund so whichever is easier for them I guess.

I guess this is not a fixable problem for me? I've contacted Quixel several times and there hasn't been a response, not even for a refund.

When I go into NDO there is the license listed in the menu but that's for NDO. When I go into DDO there isn't an option in the menu to input my license key for it. When I check the status of my keys, NDO is active whereas DDo is just blank. I just have a key for it and it just isn't for anything? Is that what it's for? Nobody seems to have an answer for this.

I don't remember exactly, but when you run DDO, don't you get a large popup window that tells you how many days of the trial you have left and that has an option to activate your license?

I don't get any window that pops up telling me how many days of the trial I have left or anything that indicates that I'm using a trial version. No clue as to where I'm supposed to use my DDO key on ><

Hi hakuto and sorry for the delayed response.
In order to register DDO you need to open or create a project. Then go to the main DDO dropdown
(The button under the X in top right cornern) Then select License>Register

I don´t know why NDO and DDO don´t have this option in the same place, but its something we should fix!
