Interior modeling - Revamp an abandoned building

Hey guys and girls.
So lately I've been thinking about doing some interior art. I looked around online for ideas, and I found a really cool pic from inside an abandoned hotel or something along those lines. I decided I wouldn't just recreate it, but try to make it look high end and new again.

Nice blockout man, I think the roof beam need to be much larger, but apart from that it's looking solid.

Hey thanks guys. Yeah the roof was a bit low, so the beam disappeared. It's fixed now though. Currently adding more detail and modeling some doors, then I'm gonna get it into UE4 again and play with some lighting before I start sculpting and texturing.

Gotten a bit further, and decided to add some light to get more of a sense of what it will look like.
I'm not loving the 'window' beneath the stairs, so I think I'm gonna remove that, even though it's in the reference.

Gotten a bit more down now. Trying to go for the whole marble look, so I'm using the 3D marble texture in Maya . It's not too shabby, but I think I'm gonna try and make one myself in Substance Designer instead.
