Hey, what they are trying to say is that her face looks a bit off. The overall design looks okay, but her head is really creepy : you should try to mimic those Pixar and Dreamworks girls. When you'll master those classic "models", you'll be free to create your own art.
Thanks for comments guys, especially thanks to -Em'-
-Em'- you are absolutely right - Pixar style is always wins! But... sometimes everyone want to make something in own style. And gets bad result
Short story about me. After several years outside of cg world I want to back! Now I revise my old portfolio and show the best work here. But judging by the response on my masterpieces I really need to make something new and more actual.
You don't have to just do pixar style, there are so many good stylized head styles but most of them tend to rely on some specific fundamentals.
But don't be disheartened man, you have the fundamental skills down, now you need to turn your skills to learning about appeal, and character design. If you can sketch in 2d, it will go a long way to learning about how to design appealing faces.
I don't think you necessarily need to push it that far away from your original design as Em's design.
The main problem is that the realistic eyes in the stylised head are dragging you way down into the depths of the uncanny valley - that creepy sense that you got from the first couple of guys who came in here. Full disclosure, I reacted in pretty much the same way. I think your biggest issue could be solved by just simplifying the eye texture.
From there I'd rework the eyelids so there's not quite so much fleshiness visible.
You're right Jackablade, I'm not saying that Pixar is the only way to make 3D cartoon characters, but it's a solid base to start with by copying and trying to figure out why and how it's working so well.
Now, Ruslan, you could absolutly do what Jackablade said : rework the eye area, make her smile brighter and try to have a more lively render. This design could work with few minor tweaks.
Maybe it will get you to think about the people who make the art you comment on.
It's nerve wracking enough for most people to post work onto a forum for critical feedback without people coming out and saying things like "oh god. this creature.", when clearly the intended effect was to have an appealing female character.
It's rich taking offense to being called out for being a dick.
EDIT : its the internet. And now there's most likely going to be more post about what i said. Then this guys stuff. so if someone would get a mod that would delete my frolicking.
For me the eyes come across odd because of the reflections - its way to strong and it breaks up the eye. My general rule to stop effects like this going to far is to find a value that shows off the effect and then half it. reign it back to something more subtle.
The facial shape could also help expose the focal point of the faces ie. the eyes. Sharpen the jaws maybe? especially the characters from the Kingdom Hearts series, the size of eyes and mood varies on each character's personality.
keep it up and welcome back to the CG world!

I drew a fast painting to explain you my point :
- head too big
- cute face feature missing (chin too big, forehead too massive, bloody eyes creepy, etc...)
- Also, you could work on a better pose with more dynamic, right now she is a straight pole not as much appealing as it could be. Hope you don't mind
