UDK- Pistol Scripts not working (need some help)

Hey guys,
I followed a tutorial to implement a gun into UDK with a reload system and it comes up with an warning that I can't seem to find what's wrong.
If you could look through the code to find why this error is coming up I will be super grateful!
I would switch to unreal 4 but this is for some college work that makes us use UDK instead
