It would help to see the references of your demon guy. At the moment, I'd suggest he's a bit on the under-detailed side in both sculpt and texture. You've got a bunch of anatomical stuff that looks like it could use some work, most notably the shoulders, but with such a weird beastie it's tricky to give any really clear critique until we see what you were going for.
Your environment working is generally looking more solid. I'd suggest giving yourself some extra geometry on the corners of things, particularly the forge, so that you don't have that super sharp edge would help make your scene more realistic.
Not great reference, but I was in a time crunch and needed to get the project moving quickly. The head changed, and the final product is a mixture of 2 concept ideas from the Dragon Age: Inquisition art book page of the Envy Demon. I deviated from the reference with the limb lengths too. I got the hands by using a modeling method I liked from a tutorial on Digital Tutors.
