Animator needed for ambitious game

Hello there,
I am currently Team Lead for a very ambitious game being developed on UE4 with the intention for PS4/X1/Pc release.
Because of our current state of no funding, the job is unpaid (with potential for payment on success of release)
Plans for crowdfunding the project are in place once we reach a level of development where a playable demo can be released to show the quality of our ambitious project.
Because of the high standards that I'm holding with this project, a video reel showing professional/personal work is required. Showing humanoid running, jumping, climbing sequences a bonus - (video structure doesn't need to be professional looking as long as it shows your current skills in animation)
