Hey guys,
this is my first post here so forgive me for breaking any unspoken rules.
I started modelling and texturing a few months ago and I felt like I am at a point where I would like to have some feedback from you guys as to where I can improve.
The goal of this exercise was to make an exterior model of an old western European house. All textures are 1kx1k.
I paid most attention to the textures and tried to do as much detail in them as possible.
Please note that the windows and doorframe are just a quick detail I didn't spend much time on. My main focus was the 3 textures shown here:
I then made a house out of them:
Any kind of feedback about the model and especially the textures is welcome.
I used Blender and Photoshop to make the model / texture.
Thanks in advance.

As main reference I looked at pictures of a bunch of different half timber houses.
Have you photo-sourced the textures and painted over them or have you painted them in Photoshop from scratch?
Feels like that dark line (the middle texture in your first image) stands out too much, but maybe that is just me.

Your are suggesting to bake a normal map: Are you talking about the square texture tiles or the building in general?
Thanks for the links, I'll take a look at them.
I think the wood needs a bit of modeled detail. The wood timbers on real houses generally sticks out some from the brick. So your model would be better if it has this raised detail.
This page on the wiki might help you.

You should look into something like Marmoset Toolbag. It's relatively pricey (there is a 30 day free trial), but very worth it and easy to use. Or if you wanted to use something like Unreal which is free, but more of a learning curve to get what you're going for. Just an idea.
