Biginner Questions

I saw this picture [FONT=&quot](above)[/FONT] and was very impressed. It looks like the environment of League of Legends. I would love to create assets for games with this style. Sure, I can´t make that awesome things right from beginning, but I have some experience in creating hand painted textures so I would like to see what I can do. But before I can start I need to ask you two questions about it:

- Do you think this is sculpted and then made to LowPoly or is it just modeled? If its sculpted do you think they used normal maps for the low poly objects?
- Is it all hand painted? Wouldn´t it takes very long to texture big scenes? Or did they painted one rock texture and used it for all rocks? But how did they do the ambient occlusion and highlights on the edges?

I would be very happy if you can help me and sorry for my bad english.
