Normal Artifacts Error

I have shading errors on certain quads. I'm not sure how I can fix this. This is the low poly with a normal map. Any thoughts?

    it's likely a result of the automatic triangulation when you baked being different than the triangulation here. That is probably the case.

    Ah, I see. Thank you LMP. I fixed the errors using the 'Turn to Poly' modifier and setting the limit to 3 before baking the normals. And now I'm running into tons of threads that speak of the same issue now that I am using the term 'triangulation' error.
