Future Games of London is an Ubisoft studio that designs, develops and publishes Smartphone and Tablet games. Founded in September 2009, FGOL create wholly owned and original IP which achieved over 180 million downloads worldwide. Following the success of the Hungry Shark series, the company is developing new and exciting projects this year.
The studio is looking for a passionate, talented and experienced 3D Artist to add to our growing team. This position entails posing, lighting and rendering models as well as a fair bit of compositing for the purpose of marketing art, but ideally the candidate will have a good level of ability in at least one or two other skill sets.
We are offering a 6 month contract position in London with an eye towards a full time position. We are looking to fill this vacancy as soon as possible.
Experience
- Minimum 2-3 years industry experience working with a creative agency or game company
- High end lighting/rendering for presentation and marketing images
- Character Modelling and Texturing
- Ability to hand paint texture maps, if required
- Compositing skills
Bonus Experience
- Rigging and Animation
- Technical Art
Skills
- Photoshop, 3ds Max or Maya
- An eye for colour and composition
- Confident working in a small team
- Ability to prioritise work-flow and deliver assets on time
- Ability to juggle multiple tasks and chase assets between publishing and production departments
