Sharing my 2014 Reel

Hey everyone,
I thought I would share my 2014 demo reel, although I shall not be revisiting these pieces since I am doing work towards my 2015 reel I think feedback would be valuable for pushing forward with the rest of my work.
I have had 0 industry experience, although I am on a constant lookout to land my first role in games as an animator. I animate in my lunch breaks at work & have just began to learn Maya since I stuck with Max after graduating a games design course.
As always constructive criticism is much appreciated!
