Well, it's apparently a dud anyway, Adobe AREN'T getting the Foundry, nor are they trying to, apparently, a Foundry exec confirmed that it was not happening, though I'm not sure where the post is on the modo forum.

Changes hands to a smaller british company, and they keep the managing director.
