CS GO, Custom weapon?

Anybody that got a tutorial or maybe a link to how i could get a object i made into the game for a test?

You can't make custom weapons for CS:GO (that you'll be able to sell on the workshop). You can only make skins for existing weapons, and maps.

This is my hacky solution from when CS:GO came out, dunno if there's a better method yet.
