We are Digital Cybercherries, and recently we spent a few months developing an Unreal Engine 4 Tech Demo for the Oculus Rift called the "NewRetroArcade". You can see more about the project here:

This was actually just a little warm up for our upcoming full title, which our team is already hard at work on! We are currently looking for new talented artists to join the project for either paid contract work, or eventually even to join our team.
3D prop artist
What we would love to see:
• Great Team Player with Good Communication Skills
• Good low poly optimization including the optimization of UV's and Geometry. (UV mirroring, putting detail on silhouettes).
• Good hard surface type modeling
• A great low and high poly baking workflow knowledge
• Understanding of texturing with shading in mind (Gloss, Metallic and other maps used in PBR)
Pluses:
• Experience with Substance Designer
• Experience with ZBrush sculpting
• The ability to tackle props that are not 100% hard surface or a mix
