Hey guys.
I'm not a beginner but I'm going to ask a seriously noob question. I've always had this issue when making high poly models because my topology probably isn't up to scratch.
I've attached some images. Basically, on rounded or non-flat surfaces I always get pinched edges where I have to add some extra edge loops to reinforce an edge. Its subtle but definitely noticeable, especially on shinier surfaces.
Like I said its down to my topology but I can't quite figure out the right way to do it. I've seen tons of high poly models, specifically car models that don't have this issue.
If anybody has any examples of how they've managed to avoid this please share them. My HP modelling is usually pretty good but I'm ashamed to say this little issue has plagued me for ages now
