Hey! Nice start! Its nice that you choose a anatomy reference to follow, but there's no secret in doing characters the more you do, the more you improve... As a first character I see some proportions mistakes to fix as tiny hands, large shoulders , torso a bit long. one thing that could help you is use the see trough option on zbrush with your reference to check the overall proportions. =D
@karytsukino Hey! I didnt see your comment till today, Thanks for the encouragement & feedback!
Here where i am up to now.
No more tiny hands! Which also helped dynamesh to not merge the fingers together
Still need to work on the hand/fingers though. Also his feet and ankles are a long way off.
I have just brought an anatomy gumroad package by Rafael Grassetti, so hopefully that'll help me out going forward.
@Maxilator I dont mind scraping the clothes however as far as i was aware the proportions are ok at the moment? If you could let me know what looks off that would be a big help.
Can't post a screen shot without clothes right now.

Hands really need more care and attention, and scaled up. Reading as too thin, not chunky enough.
His pectorals need to be brought out. They look way too flat, even for a fit guy like him. Think Terry Crews.
Face is not quite there yet. What references are you working from? Also, the sloped head being unnatural still applies from before.
