Quadspinner support?

I recently got geoglyph from quadspinner. After spending a couple of days trying various ways of installing it, I still get the error in worldmachine that they are not valid macros. I am using the current version of worldmachine which is supposedly the version supported by geoglyph.

Initally I searched the quadspinner website for any sign of customer support and found all the links to support/help/contact etc. were broken. A day or so later the support links to a very basic FAQ that was of no help to me. All the contact links are still not working but I managed to find a potential email at support @ quadspinner . com. I sent off an email but after several days recieved no reply.

I understand it is a very niche product and small company so I don't expect lightning fast support but at this point I am unable to get their product to work and have no way to contact them about it. I am tempted to give up but if the product works as advertised then I would really loved to be able to use it.

Does anyone else have any experience with this company or know anyway I might be able to contact some kind of support service from them?

Ken Tompkins I get an error when trying to install the free Geoglyph in Windows 7 running on Parallels 9. The error says "improperly formatted". I have the latest dev. version of WM. Suggestions?

Thanks very much for that response. I don't use facebook and never thought of trying that. I'll give that link you posted a try first.
