When I apply a generator or smart material they typically use baked textures (curvature etc) to generate edge effects.
Is there any way to use a painted height layer to add to this effect? Currently they are ignored or at least I cannot see how to use them.

- create a project where you paint the height details and export them as a normal map
- in the final project, import the normal map in the additional map slot
We are aware that this is a tedious setup and we have plans to improve that.
