IN PROGRESS: SUITE crashes

I've looked through the threads on this forum but havent found a solution that works.
The crazy part is that SUITE worked great a couple months ago, and I havent changed anything about this computer really.

Tried the new stability patch
tried running as admin
Tried reinstalling SUITE
tried disabling my anti-virus
Tried converting all my maps to .PSDs
Tried using a .PNG for the color mask

when I hit create base I get this error

it seems to happen randomly, but I just noticed it happenes when I go to the bump tab.

Im using a 2048x4096 for my maps

Hi Dylan, sweet hat!

Very strange that The Suite started to crash all of a sudden, may I ask if you´ve used any reg-cleaner software lately, to remove spyware or things like that?

no I havent run any reg-cleaners. I have run Anti-virus software however.

And there is no connection between what projects crash? Do you also get crashes when working in DDO or is it only during the creation phase?

Im not sure if I can say this with MUCH confidence, as the crash seems intermittent, but ive tried using an old project that was 2048x2048 and it didnt crash.
Could possibly have something to do with it being a non-square UV layout? or being 4096?
Im not sure, kind of grasping at straws.

It might actually, we´ve discovered recent that some people have issues with non-square projects, we´re going to look in to this! would it be possible to see your input files and recreate the project myself?
