Hi. I have a question to something i can's seem to get right. I'm trying to extrude a circle out of the side of a cylinder. I'm trying to get it as clean as possible. Here is a picture showing what i want to achieve.

It's pretty much the parts that are sticking out i'm trying to get right, but it always screws up the rest of the topology even with edge constrains. I know i could just make a different part and just attach the meshes together as i'm going to do a highpoly, but i want to know this as it seems like something interesting i should know.
Any advice would be appriciated

Someone linked me this quite a while ago. Has some nice references, including a cylinder intersection. Hope it helps.
