Is this for animation or games ?
The modelling looks cool.lots of different things to look at.

Maybe the bricks on the wall should be a little bit bigger and less straight.
That could give a more cartoony looks , if it is the style you are looking for

I like the design but I'm not a fan of the tiles for the room they look out of place

Cool peice so far and pretty detailed. The circular intrusion window could use some more segments considering how round those other window extrusions are. Are you planning to have a full shader or just diffuse? keeping my eye on this one

I like it, but, warp that building. Straight lines aren't very cartoony, as you can see from these images I grabbed off a quick google search.
