I need to align lets say a cube to a joint, and with matching orientation and everything. I dont know how, there is supposed to be a Match transform tool or something that does this.
A parent constraint with "Maintain Offset" turned off should get you there. Alternatively you could parent the cube under the joint and then zero out all transformations I suppose.
If you want to, say, export for a game you could remove the constraint after aligning and then smooth bind the cube to the joint.

Continuous solution : Do not delete constraints.
(If you can not use constraints then connect cube translate and rotate channel to joint translate and rotate channels directly.)
