Gold, one main color and curvy shapes make up your Ember, Naga and BH concepts. You have quite the skill but maybe vary your concepts to be more unique and interesting in their own right? Sorry for sounding harsh!

I agree
You seem to have similar elements in all your designs and those elements are repetitively used across every concept. but I must add that you have improved like no one else in here. I've seen your works some months ago and I see your works now. You are improving very well, however maybe try to go for new a language and try smth new. or design for a hero that can't get along this language so you force yourself not to use them. like try some organic elements to fully break this Gold/armor language.
maybe try mirana? brood? tusk? weaver? nature? puck? lifestealer? OD?! yes OD no golds on him
If I recall correctly I've seen a venomancer set from you. Do more like that so you improve in designing other elements too
keep up the good work! if you keep your improvement pace, in no time people will be fighting to work on your concepts
Hello guys! Here's another set concept. This one sadly has the same design as the previous one, but i'm really thinking about working on some another-looking shapes and colors as this design's looking too boring to me now
1.Well the first Sand king (as we talked about) has nice shapes but need better coloring (which we will do it in time ) http://i.imgur.com/2XqKX6h.gif
2.The second Sand king however is a less interesting version of the first one.
3.The back piece for LC is very nice, me like it! rest is very simple, specially the weapon. I suggest making different designs for each slot just to brainstorm and posting them with your concept. Not all of them need to be fully rendered.
4.The QOP wings are very beautiful. The shape is not very new but the colors are very nice and fitting. Blade tips on wings have been done a few times already and you might face trouble skinning this shape of wing.
I suggest reworking the dagger, it's very very simple now. You can borrow some elements from the wing to make a more interesting dagger. Not sure what's going on with the head and shoulder though, maybe if you draw a perspective view or a side view, you will present the design more accurately.
5.IMO The main point about the Lina set is her skirt, it's a nice approach but you are making her very fat now See if you can rework and make it more fitting/sexy
These are just my crits take it with a grain of salt. Keep up the good work.
I know this may sound dumb, but I sort of agree with lina and the first thing that jumped out at me was the slits in the side. Bright those in and down and show hips/thigh through the slits. The waist-band looks super cool though.
@whatever Thank you! I'm almost done with head and shoulder piece sculpt here, i'm pretty new to all this 3d stuff so any crits and feedback would be really welcome.
i've also reworked the concept a little, so here's updated version of it.
Take the time to really clean up the details and remember your materials on the sculpting. For example you have a cut carved into the hanging pieces, that are supposed to be cloth. If there was a cut there the cloth would hang. Try to smooth out some of the areas (areas without damage) and make the focus points (cuts and grooves) more prominent. Remember this is seen at birds eye view so bigger details are important.
Don't be afraid to make the indentations deeper as they will affect the normal mapping of the object when you take it back to low poly. Also you might have to worry about poly-count if you didn't look at the low poly of this first.
Looks solid, I would try to smooth out the gums a touch, gums generally don't have sharp edges. Pock marking looks good, you might want to add a bit of texture on the carapace pieces. Maybe look into tyranids for the look of how to do ridging/texture on the carapace.
