I didn't know if I should post this issue on Polycount, or if I should have reported it to Epic Games. Anyways the issue I'm having is an issue that a number of people have had according to forums that I have read online.
So in Unreal Engine 4 I created my landscape, and then I applied my grass texture to the landscape. However when I try to paint a dirt texture on the existing grass texture when I'm trying to paint in just a specific spot, not a whole section of the terrain, instead the Paint tool paints a black rectangle on that whole section of the terrain. Even after I try to paint a different texture on to the texture that is supposedly there, it still doesn't appear correctly. When the whole section of the terrain is black, only a small part of it shows a small amount of the texture I tried to use appears, however I think that part might just be a bug as well. Can anyone help me with this issue?
I don't know if it's just a bug that the developers need to fix, or am I doing something wrong?
