Or how can I export them from Painter? Also, how to paint on Mask? For example, I add to layer mask, apply generator "MG Metal wear" but then I can't paint on this mask. Should I duplicate this layer, remove generator and than paint?
Any resources is embedded in the project in Substance Painter (.spp). We don't have any tool for the moment to extract them. You can however create a fill layer, load a bitmap in it and export it as a regular texture meanwhile.

For the mask you can't paint over them directly for the moment. If you want to hide some additional parts, the best if to create a group with a mask and put your layer in it.
If you want add details however, you will have to duplicate the layer indeed and do some manual tweaks on the mask.
Also would like the option to export the Additional Maps baked in Substance out same way it exports the texture set files. Really strange that there isn't such a thing yet, only thing stopping me from using it other than xNormal.
