so a couple of months ago I started doing 3D work and really enjoyed it but I don't know the best way to improve I really like

Try imgur or imgbox or something instead of Deviantart, and make sure you get a link that ends in the file extension.

You're doing fine man, your work isn't fantastic but you're a beginner, and the good part is it shows an understanding of your tools and what you are trying to do, keeping at it is the only way to get better - that means learning new tools, new skills, new pipelines, etc.

The best way to get better is to be a little too ambitious, start projects that force you to push yourself and learn new tools, every time you try to do something you don't know how to do, you learn a little more.
