THRONE ROOM – Eternal Guardian – Nitecon

Hey folks I found out about this challenge yesterday and I'm stoked about it. Although it's quite a crazy deadline for me haha I'm hoping to get as much done as possible!

I'm going for an Athenian setting but more modern! The throne room I'm going for is the immortal guardian of earth that oversees all.

Unfortunately I don't have any concept art as I'm flying by the seat of my pants trying to put what I have on my head into 3d models as fast as possible!

Third WIP from earlier this evening starting on statues that will *hold* the elements.

Fourth WIP pic featuring all statues more or less in place.

Also adjusted the scale of the pillars and the "bedding" for the large tree of life in the back pot.

New WIP screenshot of most recent updates this evening including the finalized poses for statues and an updated throne as the previous one was definitely not of my liking. Now time for some UVing and some initial base texturing.

I'm in the process of setting up the scene, so much more to do and so much more I want but I have a feeling I'll be cutting out a large amount of stuff

Did not like my old toilet seat so I redid it a little... about half way through texturing all done in SD 5 & substance painter. Trying to not use photoshop at all.
