Sweet! I'm looking forward to seeing some colors go down on this guy. It looks like you nailed the proportions to match the concept and that's half the battle when reproducing 2D artwork.
Those hands are buggin me a bit though. The fingers themselves might be a bit long, but the thing that sticks out to me is the knuckle joint placement - makes the hands appear a bit stiff. It looks as if there's just a single joint that doesn't match up with finger pads on the underside. You may also want to add a bit more taper to the length of each finger even if it's only a subtle one.
I marked where you need to put a little more clearly defined joints to the wingers, though they're not necessarily super accurate.
Looks lovely. The girdle's gold shader doesn't match the style of the model, too realistic. I'd also be inclined to add detail to the shield and more skin tone variation on the face and arms. Great work!
The model turned out amazingly, and the materials are clean and really readable. Maybe you should try your hand on creating a more interesting pose for the fella? And also do another background and lighting for the presentation? Right now it is very rigid and static, though I like it! But it could be even cooler! =D

Why did you decide to model the hands in a fist? I feel like for a game ready model a more neutral pose would be more suitable.
What is your plan for the hair in the final in-game model?
Keep it up!
only quirk is the elbow looks a little odd but its mostly because it has wrinkles but no other part of the body does :P
