IN PROGRESS: Duplicate materials persist after upgrading

I created a new project that has three colors in the ID map: Steel, Headlight, ABS Plastic.

What does your ID map look like? Also, what format did you render it as?

I'm at work right now, but it's basically just three colors saved as a non-transparent *.PNG.

This is very strange! Those materials where created when the project was created?

If you gentlemen need a project file with this to reproduce, I can package up my files and send them over to you tonight. Of course, tonight here in Florida is entirely different than tonight in Sverige, so let me know how you'd like to handle that.

@Eric: Yes, that's exactly what I received from dDo once the project was finished loading the input files.
