I'm sharing with you a thread about my work on designer. When I see a challenging texture/pattern, I just do it for fun! I'm never satisfy and search always for improving my skills!
All the materials and textures are fully procedurals. Enjoy and do not hesitate to share, comment or everything you want to!
Wow, those are some great textures, the grass is one of the best I've seen from Substance. Would love to see some more work and/or breakdowns from you!
Loving that parquet floor, looks like something out of Assassins Creed Unity. I'm hoping to try something like that myself in Substance Designer but still a novice with that software lol.
Lovely work. Foam looks really great! As do the rest, actually. I only use Substance Painter myself, how time consuming is it to make these in Designer? That's amazing stuff to have as procedural textures.
@NicolasW
It's already subgraphs for the main inputs (clover, leaf, dirt, daisy, grass blade) :poly121:
But for the other nodes, I prefer not use a subgraphs, because the composition (normal generation, masks, etc...) is dedicated to this visual.
Would it be possible for you to show a closer look at the graphs for the leaves and the grass blades? I would love to learn more on how you did it, instead of reinvent the wheel .
The sand looks good! I would make the tire marks look less consistent through the sand. It's a very soft surface and at some points it will dig in more and others it won't. Right now it is very even and flat across the surface.
These all look great! In the near future I plan to create Substances similar to these (sand, grass/dirt, snow/ice, etc). I'm wondering if you have any suggested tutorials and/or guides you could link to me or tips/tricks you may have on creating Substances like the ones you have done here.

It takes me around 2 hours to 2 days to create these kind of textures.

Hi! Great material. Is all procedural without image texture ? Any chance for short tutorial or wip ?
Greetings
Thanks you sir! Yes, it's fully procedural, no image or alpha texture. I'm thinking about making a breakdown or detailed work in progress.
Thank you sir, it was only a quick first version for tire marks.
