Substance Designer 5 Demo activation failed

It seems that I cannot activate the evaluation period, this is funny

Substance report me this message when I try to click on "Evaluate this product"

Cannot connect to server. It means the server is temporarily down or you cannot connect to internet.

To be more clear, here's a picture:



I tried to disable Windows firewall to see if there was a problem with it blocking the software (even if it was set to Allow connections), but no luck.


Any tips?
