How to Go highlights under -100 in lightroom

Hello, i face a problem, a lot of the time when developing photos in lightroom Lightroom 5.2 i want to set (decrease) the highlights parametrs even more than -100 (-150, -200) etc. Or sometimes boost the shadows beyond +100 (for example +150 or +200) but lightroom allows me to only set range between -100 and +100.
Is there some way, or some "hack" tip/trick, anything, to go beyond these limits? The only solution seems to me to develop the photo with -100 for example, export it as tiff 32 bit (widest range) and then re-import it again and set the highlights again -100 (so i would get in the end -200 totally). But this takes at least twice the time to develop it.
Is there a way to do it?
