There is no native feature for that, but you should be able to copy/replicate a mask into a fill layer. Then just create two fill layers, one being white, the other black and you will get your mask.
You can create an additional channel that is custom one User0, User1 etc and put it as an extra export map. I used this a lot because needed masks exported from specific textured regions and use it later in shader, because of the amount of iterations, that gave me automaticy and I didn't need to readjust anything later, only focus on the texture.
This is useful for example if you have Opacity map already in use, so you can make just another channel with properties needed ^^
