I'm not sure what they are doing in a standard toolbar and I don't know what they link to, but if it is an actual script that someone wrote you should be able to right click the icon and choose "edit macroscript" (if its available) and it might tell you what script it is. A lot of scripters put a comment block at the top with notes about the script and contact info.
