Hey Guys! After Long time trying to find good courses, and working in smalls studios hoping to become a better artist... I've decided to try a different approach and start study by myself. In this thread I will post my models, studies, sketchs amd you're are very welcome to look and let your opinion, your critics... Becouse there's no better way to improve.So I'll start with my last model!
This is a model that I'm working for a challenge. Its a Redesign, a mix of Jubilee ( X-men) and Batgirl. I start bloking my ideas.

Just some progress with the texture! I hope you enjoy it! I'm still thinking in use more batgirl detial on her clothes, think she is too much Jubileu right now, I've to balance it! So lets keep working! What do you think?

I'm think on play with their colors to incorporate Batgirl style.... But I'm not so sure... What do you think guys? Wich one do you prefer?

I'm trying to work hard on my weaks points these days, and one think that I feel that I'm really bad its likeness... I dont know... I feel that i still can't picture a person the way she is.
So here its my first Likeness study of the year... Its suppose to be Arya Stark .... I hope it remmenbers a bit...kkkk

maybe exaggurate that dip in the middle part of her eyebrows too
focus more on the volumes,she is about 70 percent there i feel right now

Its been a while, but work never stop hehehe... I keep trying to improve my sculpting skills. So I made this fanart from Mulan for pratice.
Its just an Sketch I spend 2 hours sculpting and use it to sttudy a bit of render with keyshot.

Just updating some progress with my character, now hi has hair and made some adjusts on his pants ... I'll call the sculpt done and start working on his weapon and retopology.

Time to start another project. I decided to join the Artstation competition . My idea is make a scholar, in her first journey.

I made a block out of the clothes on Marvelous Design and turn out pretty good. I'll made some
adjustments to achieve a more stylized look.

Thanks for the comment. I'm new user of marvelous so can be luck but I didnt had eld problems yet. But in any case I open the model on zbrush and made a copy for use zremesher and projection. This way I ended with a model with more clean topology and without seams.
I hope this could help, any doubts come here to discuss its nice having someone to discuss.

This character was made for The Journey Character at Artstation Site. My intention was to made a Scholar in her first adventure. I was very inspired by FF XIV game and their amazing atmosphere. So I pick a scholar as inspiration to create my Genevive. I hope you enjoy it. Good luck To all participants in the competiotion, there's lots of good stuff there.
