Agreed with everyone, the face feels very realistic, after you finish your character, you could try some subsurface scattering on a portrait render of the head to get a life-like render.
Her head is large in the concept, but probably because the concept artist was fiddling around with proportions ans scaling and just left that in since the hood hid most of the head. So, it's worth changing that in the sculpt.

As some who just finished a high poly of a char of a similar costume period all I can say is, have fun with all those leather straps!
