ANSWERED: Wanting to upgrade license and versions

I purchased the legacy academic versions of NDO and DDO and would like to upgrade to the new freelance Quixel suite. is there an upgrade path or do I just purchase the new version? I've contacted support with this question twice now but there has been no reply. Are the Quixel staff on holiday?

For the longest, I was trying to hold off until there was at least another release to really give the software a chance and to also see how awesome megascans is.
With that said, I may be interested in selling my license, which I'll have to contact them as well, maybe Eric or one of the powers that be, can chime in here on the process?
Maybe you will hear something from them first, and good luck with it. If not, I'll let ya know if I decide to sell
