Hey, turbosquid takes 50 percent unless you're exclusive or guild member (something like that), 30 % is not so bad.

Unity Asset Store also take 30%.

UE's market has an annoying approval process though, unfortunately.

I think the market is pretty flooded with sites like these now.

I'm not complaining, healthy to have market competition!

It would be cool to have a game asset market that's not engine-specific.
I mean 30% and non-exclusivity are certainly good terms but I found it far more difficult to sell game stuff on general 3D markets compared to Unity store.
And in this case, creativemarket.com is not even a 3D site so I wouldn't expect too many potential buyers there.
Still, it's good that there's more and more options for artists who want to sell their assets.
