Zbrush : Radical Sym not quite working

Trying to use radical sym with trim dynamic. Any way of avoiding wavyness and making it straight? I have lazy mouse working.

increase the number of samples for the symmetry? Not exactly sure what you mean by waviness

Make long, light strokes along the entire area you want flattened out , that should solve your problem.
