GoZ Maya to Zbrush problem.

I am in the process of importing my retopologized mesh from Maya to Zbrush and was prompted with the usual 'relink' or 'create new mesh'. Pressed relink but ended up getting the mesh imported only, without the highres detail automatically projected. Usually i'll get a message prompting me to transfer details, not this time though. Occasionally I get a vertex mismatch, auto-corrected or some similar message, and my UVs turn jumbled up.

Anyone have any ideas? Atm I'm reprojecting all the subtools manually one by one as a workaround, which is quite a pain.
