Working with Substance Painter for Unity 4

Hello guys, What kind of maps should I export for working properly for unity 4? I have some Assets with transparency and/or Gloss on Diffuse Alpha channel using bumped Specular shader, and I also tried exporting kind of differents variations maps from my Paiting like BaseColor/Diffuse Roughness/Gloss and I am not sure what is the best combination for these, any help/ideas ??Thank you

    The latest build of Painter allows you to select a Unity 4 export preset. You can author the textures using the standard metal/roughness and the export will convert the maps accordingly to Unity 4's shaders.

    I've used that preset but it won't look in Unity as it does in SP viewport because of PBR. But you can get alright approximation if you preview your model in base color only. At least that's what I did for my UDK project.
