SOLVED: Reorder layers in DDO

I tried dragging but the layers don't move. I'd like to simply reorder my layers.


Heh, never mind. I was having an issue with windows and dragging and dropping files. Apparently it was also affecting photoshop. I restarted my machine and it all works now.
